Karpathy-style LLM wiki. No RAG, no embeddings: the wiki itself is the index.
Layout
raw/— read-only source material. Files are copied verbatim, never edited, renamed or rewritten. One dated folder per ingest (raw/YYYY-MM-DD-<source>/).wiki/— compiled markdown written by the agent. Every claim cites araw/path.wiki/index.md— single entry point; links every domain index with counts.log.md— append-only ingest/maintenance log (## [YYYY-MM-DD] <op> | <details>). Never rewrite past entries.hypotheses/— tentative syntheses / open questions, clearly marked as unverified.rejected.md— sources or claims considered and rejected, with reason.
Rules
- Missing facts are written as « inconnu ». Never guess.
- Never invent biography, dates, authorship or quotes. Only what is present in
raw/. - Keep pages reasonably sized; split long lists into numbered parts.
- If
wiki/exceeds ~400,000 words, split into per-domain sub-indexes so each index stays readable. - Ingest only sources the owner explicitly authorized (yes/no before every write).
- Links from wiki to raw are relative paths.
